Using our internally developed large-format 3D printers, we print your future home and ship it to your doorstep.
Step 3: Additional Packages
We also offer two different upgrade packages for your home models. The first includes detailed built-in features such as vanities, kitchen counters, and kitchen islands. The second offers high resolution appliances and scale furniture to help visualize how furniture will fit into your new home.
Pricing
Typical floorplans including slab, walls, door openings, and windows start at $0.25 per square foot of home size. That includes CAD model, printing the model, and shipping.
For example: A 4,000 sf home with 2 stories would cost approximately $1,000. This is dependent on layout so please treat this as a guideline only.
Trying to decide between multiple layouts? We can print a single slab and multiple potential layouts in a single package that can be overlaid to compare options. Due to the custom nature of projects like these, please reach out for a quote directly.
$129 – This package includes highly detailed models of kitchen vanities, islands, and bathroom vanities to help customers better visualize available space and layouts within their future home
$149 – Highly detailed scale models of queen and king sized beds, 8′ dining room table with chairs, sectional sofa, loveseat, and chairs. The scale will match the printed floorplan scale to give customers a better visual of what size furniture fits best in which room.
